How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign in with Apple" on the welcome screen. Your account is created automatically. We use your Apple ID for authentication — no separate password required.
How does the rating system work?
Your rating starts at 1200 and adjusts after each ranked match based on the outcome and your opponent's rating. Win against stronger opponents to climb faster. Ratings update in real time.
Can I reset my rating?
Ratings cannot be manually reset. They reflect your competitive history. If you'd like a fresh start, you can delete your account and create a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, match history, and all personal data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
How do I report a player?
During or after a match, tap the opponent's name and select "Report Player." Choose the reason and submit. We review all reports and take action on violations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Backgammon by Siagon > Cancel. You retain premium access until the end of your billing period.
The app is crashing. What do I do?
Force-close and reopen the app. Ensure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Are the dice fair?
Yes. Dice rolls use a cryptographically seeded random number generator (CSPRNG). The seed is established at match start and cannot be influenced by either player. Seeds are revealed post-match for verification.
